We found a great flooring guy (he doesn't have a website, so can't link it), Ed Griffiths, who has been installing, repairing, and refinishing wood floors forever. He stopped by the house today and installed gorgeous white oak in the sun room. He also removed all the protective paper covering the existing flooring so he can refinish on Monday. His wife is out of town, he said, so he wanted to get a jump on the project. He'll be back tomorrow to lay out the kitchen floor, also white oak, but 5" wide and will be stained walnut.
And the walls are done!
