CNN Comes to Film

CNN Business is doing a piece (maybe pieces? I don't know) on construction and the real estate market. They spent the day with our contractor Adam Ricci and we were their last stop. Fun to watch.

I took some great video (well to me it's great; to you it could be boring) of these interviews in the house. They are not uploading for some reason. Still working on that.

The reporter was great. She asked really good questions.

In a bit of a lull: waiting for heating/AC to finish installing in the walls. MassSAVE will visit and hopefully we will be eligible for energy rebate. Then: insulation and, FINALLY, walls!

Exterior Paint Colors, New Roof Shingles, Portico Framing

We are lucky that Adam suggested Dennis and Aimee as our house painters. They are fantastic. We chose paint for the stucco and for the trim. New roof shingles on the addition look great and we've (actually, they've) begun framing the new portico.
