Walls Came Tumbling

Since we are replacing ALL of the systems in the house, there was much discussion about walls. Do we take them down to install insulation, wiring, piping, etc. OR do we leave walls as is (they're in good shape, for the most part) blow in the insulation and snake in the other stuff. Since there is so much to put behind those walls, they came down.
